We also leverage telemedicine capabilities for participating hospitals and have a dedicated team of RNs and RTs for the ground transport of critically ill neonates in our specialized neonatal ambulance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, a commitment to family-centered care, emotional resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations while advocating for the needs of vulnerable patients and their families.
