Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Nurse Navigator RN to guide patients through complex care journeys in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will coordinate appointments, referrals, and services across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or eligibility.
• Experience in care coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
