Valley Health System is seeking a Nurse Navigator, Head & Neck Cancer, to coordinate patient-centered care across the cancer care continuum, ensuring timely access to treatment, support, and resources. You will serve as a liaison among physicians, patients, families, and external providers to facilitate communication and remove barriers to care.

The role requires a BSN with RN licensure (NJ) and BLS, with 3 years of clinical nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN license in NJ required.
• BLS certification required.
• OCN preferred within 1 year of hire.
