Job summary

Columbus Oncology & Hematology in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Nurse Navigator to guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The role emphasizes care coordination, education, and advocacy, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or evenings.

You will work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to remove barriers to timely, high-quality care and provide proactive follow-up to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Oncology, acute care, care coordination, patient navigation or case management preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and patient advocacy skills.

Job description

Columbus Oncology is looking for a full-time Nurse Navigator to join our team! This position would be Monday through Friday for 8 hour shifts during the business hours of 7:30 am to 5 pm. This position also includes the benefit of no weekends, no evenings, and paid time off for holidays. As a Nurse Navigator, you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, guide them through some of the most challenging moments of their healthcare journey, and make a lasting difference in their lives. Essential Duties:
