St Mary Medical Center is looking for a Nurse Manager for Telemetry Services to lead a 47-bed Tele department. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care while advocating for your team. You will be responsible for effective communication between caregivers and leadership to enhance patient experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, three years of experience, and a CA RN license. The position offers various benefits including a performance-based bonus program and 28 days of PTO annually.
As our Nurse Manager Telemetry Services at St. Mary Medical Center, you will oversee our 47 bed Tele department. You will lead a team of frontline nurses and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organization’s goals to the nursing staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experiences, reach out to our community, and deliver quality care. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.
