Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Nurse Manager for our Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit (STICU). In this role, you will create a positive team environment, ensuring that high‑quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety are at the forefront of our operations. You will formulate plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and lead quality improvement initiatives. You will also arrange educational programs and provide direct patient care when necessary.
