Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN (Preferred).
• Registered Nursing License (Required).
• CNOR certification (Preferred).
• 3 years of nursing experience in the OR (Required).
• 3 years of supervisory experience (Required).
• 5+ years of nursing experience (Preferred).
• Quality outcomes experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more clinical areas.
• Supervise patient care services staff and ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff to build a reliable team.
• Monitor unit budgets and coordinate purchasing and payroll processes.
• Serve as a clinical resource and communicate effectively with teams.
