Job summary

Qualifications

• NYS RN license is required.

• Clinical expertise within surgical oncology or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of patient care on the assigned unit with first line leadership responsibility.
• Facilitate efficient daily operations, including admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Promote safety and quality by ensuring adherence to standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Director to set and align unit goals with hospital strategy.
