Responsibilities

Job Summary:

To provide leadership and management to all nursing, personnel and ancillary personnel within an assigned area or units in a clinical setting. Manages all clinical functions and operations of the assigned area or units. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of clinical patient care and services and ensures compliance with administrative, regulatory and clinical policies and procedure. To perform job duties in accordance with the medical center’s purpose.

Education & Experience
