The manager provides leadership and assumes twenty-four-hour accountability for patient care, operations, human resources/staffing, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and fiscal responsibility for the cardiac and procedural areas, including the cardiac catheterization labs, hybrid OR, electrophysiology lab, and interventional radiology suites. The manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating processes that meet the goals and key performance indicators for cardiac and vascular procedural services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Required Qualifications:

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire, OR
• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, OR
• National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International, OR
• National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, OR
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association, OR
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association, OR
• Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization
• 3 years clinical experience in a cath/angiography lab
• 3 years leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• 3 years experience managing a cath/angiography lab
