Job summary

As a hands-on RN leader you will coach and develop your team, ensure medications, treatments and documentation are correct, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and team leadership skills.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style.
