Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or eligibility.
• 3–5 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience.
• Inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, or acute behavioral health experience is strongly preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Confident working with high-acuity psychiatric populations, crisis intervention, and de-escalation.

Nurse Manager (RN) – Inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit

Melbourne, FL

We’re hiring a Nurse Manager who wants weekday leadership hours, meaningful behavioral health work, and the opportunity to lead nursing care within a 50-bed crisis stabilization program.

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing nursing operations, staff development, patient safety, quality improvement, and care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health crises. You’ll work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff while helping maintain a safe, effective, and patient-centered inpatient environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $37–$44 per hour
• PTO: 26 days to start, increasing to 44 days with tenure
