AdventHealth in Kansas is seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives in a full-time daytime role. You will mentor staff, partner with physicians, and drive evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.

The position requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care within a faith-based hospital system.

Formación

• Must be a registered nurse with RN license.
• Experience in management and leadership in a hospital setting.
• Strong budget, staffing, and finance understanding.
