Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of nursing supervisory experience, 1–2 years in the operating room, and hold a Florida nursing license. Work schedule varies with needs of the office; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in the operating room.
• Clinically eligible & licensed with the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate personnel actions for sub-department unit staff.
• Oversee records and filing systems and manage equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate automated information systems and facilities and space planning for operations.
• Contribute to development and operation of clinical practice, patient services and scheduling as directed by Operations Director.
