Responsibilities also include quality improvement, staff development, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.The OR Nursing Manager will work closely with charge nurses, unit champions, clinical educators, physicians, and other leaders to build a strong and engaged team. This leader will monitor quality outcomes, address operational concerns, support education initiatives, and promote safe patient care.
