Methodist ER Legacy Trails is seeking a Nurse Manager of Emergency Services for our freestanding ED. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive patient‑centered care, and ensure delivery of efficient, quality care in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Texas (or compact) with required and preferred education, plus experience in emergency services leadership. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Methodist system.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1+ years applicable experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice and/or holds an active compact license.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required
• 1+ years applicable experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years applicable experience

Licensure, certifications, and training:

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Methodist ER Legacy Trails serves the Northwest and surrounding areas with our 24/7 freestanding emergency center. This 7,000 square foot facility includes 7 all-private treatment rooms and a full range of services such as radiology, a full-service laboratory and telemetry. We offer the benefit of immediate intervention for emergencies where treatment time is critical, including 24-hour monitoring and testing of patients, such as chest pain cases. Our compassionate team of medical professionals work to stabilize critical patients and transport, should they need hospitalization, to a Methodist hospital in San Antonio.
