Cross Creek Hospital in Austin, TX is seeking a Nurse Manager Nights to join the nursing leadership team. The role requires BSN or higher, a current RN license, and prior supervisory experience in inpatient behavioral health.

The position oversees nursing operations on night shift, ensures patient safety and high-quality care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs while managing resources and staff performance.

Competenze

• BSN or higher strongly preferred.
• Current registered nursing license in the state.
• Two years of RN experience required; inpatient behavioral health preferred.
• One year of experience with the population required; prior supervisory/administrative experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Anticipate census and acuity changes and allocate nursing resources accordingly.
• Role model customer service and prioritize patient safety.
• Oversee standard of care and provide clinical consultations within the facility.
• Act as a resource to nursing staff and coordinate care across departments.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff; develop educational programs as needed.
• Participate in policy development and budget planning.
