Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and delegate activities for safe, efficient unit operation.
• Provide resources to support evidence-based practice and staff education.
• Ensure credentialing, data reporting, and staff communications meet standards.
• Identify throughput drivers and develop solutions to barriers.
• Lead budget planning and personnel management for the unit.
