Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Mother Baby team at HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. The role focuses on delivering high-quality obstetric and neonatal nursing care for mothers and newborns.

The manager will oversee Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby units, and related services, coordinating with medical staff and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s in Nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• RN licensure in Florida required.
• Leadership experience in nursing management preferred (Mother Baby).
• Certification in Nursing Administration or relevant specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a defined area of organized patient care services.
• Allocates resources to ensure safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care.
• Provides direction to staff to uphold nursing standards and safety culture.
• Serves on Nursing Leadership Council to provide clinical perspective and advocate staff and patients.
