Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, coaching staff, monitoring performance, and resolving operational challenges to improve quality and efficiency while maintaining compassionate service for our community.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted nursing license in Kansas (RN or LPN).
• Minimum of five years in healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, team-based environment with accountability.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust resources to patient needs.
• Oversee scheduling, time-off requests, and staff management.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
• Address patient, staffing, scheduling, and operational concerns promptly.
