Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
• Current RN license in Nevada. BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience and 1–2 years progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the twenty-four (24) hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care/service appropriate to the age of patients served.
• Lead and develop nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient outcomes across shifts.
