Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RN license and BLS certification.
• Leadership experience as charge nurse or similar role.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and determine venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and therapies.
• Monitor and guide nursing staff; conduct appraisals and improvement plans.
• Mentor and precept new staff; support professional development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team.
