Job summary

Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Nurse Manager- ICU to lead the intensive care unit. This full-time role will operate on 8-hour day shifts and require strong clinical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 20 years of clinical nursing experience is required, AND
• Bachelor's Degree, Or Master’s Degree is required.
• California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 6 years related nursing experience required.
• 3 years nursing leadership experience required.
• Computer experience is required.

Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated and met.

Required Qualifications

Pay Range: $89.73 - $141.64
