Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Vancouver, WA seeks a Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to oversee nursing staff and clinic operations.

The position is full-time with an annual salary range of $74,958.09 to $92,444.35, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

The Nurse Manager works with the Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active RN or BSN license in the state of Washington.
• BLS CPR certification within 90 days of hire date and maintained.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate nursing staff (approximately 10-12 Medical Assistants and MA supervisors).
• Implement nursing policies and procedures with Medical Director and Health Center Administrator.
• Perform monthly audits and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Focus clinic on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards.
• Provide annual MA trainings (infection control, sterilization, etc.).
• Lead hiring efforts for MAs and other support staff.
• Oversee and maintain nurse-only patient visit system.
