• Current Washington RN license or MLS endorsement
• Five (5) years of clinical experience preferred
• Three (3) years of supervisory/lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
• Coordinate collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve patient care outcomes and department plans
• Oversee overall operations of assigned units and provisions of resources
• Facilitate cost-efficient patient care delivery
