Qualifications

• Possesses State of Wisconsin nursing license.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
• Member of State of Wisconsin DON Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Support Administrator and Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care.
