Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services while providing managerial presence across shifts.

The ANM will supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, ensure compliance with professional standards, and coach teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Washington RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services.
• Provide managerial presence for all shifts and manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with standards.
