Providence Regional Medical Center Everett seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating clinical and operational activities across shifts. You will lead clinical and non-clinical caregivers, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and WA RN licensure required upon hire.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• Strong leadership capabilities and prior nurse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial presence and support to the unit director/manager.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
