Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the FMS Department, including LDRP, Nursery, antepartum, gynecology, and outpatient testing units. You will supervise staff, interpret policies, and ensure quality patient care while engaging with the community.

You will also handle personnel management, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring safe, efficient operations and ongoing staff development. Strong nursing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 5 years of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, project management, fiscal management, EMTALA, and emergency nursing; strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate nursing philosophies and standards, develop policies, determine staffing and resource needs, and evaluate departmental performance.
• Handle personnel management, including hiring and disciplinary actions, and forecast future unit needs.
• Review data, conduct patient rounds, maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
