Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Required) and RN license.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience and prior leadership roles.
• Experience with budget planning, staffing and performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based patient care and oversee nursing staff in designated area.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital budgets within department.
• Recruit, retain, and evaluate personnel; plan staffing and scheduling.
• Lead process improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Promote professional development and educational activities for staff.
