Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical management and operational direction for a youth-focused clinical unit. You will lead staffing, coordinate caregiver training, and ensure quality care for the people we serve.
The role requires an RN license, 2 years of crisis care experience with youth, and at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility. Strong EHR skills and the ability to cover day or night shifts are essential.

The primary responsibility of the Nurse Manager is to provide clinical management and operational direction for clinical unit assigned. This position provides leadership and coordination within the area of responsibility and serves as a tactical point person as it relates to the care of the people we support, staff development, physician relationships, quality initiatives, program development and corporate-wide success.
