Job summary

Mount Auburn Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiac Procedural Services team. You will partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and staff engagement.

The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts RN licensure, BSN, 3–5 years in Cardiac Catheterization or related services, EPIC proficiency, and a record of leadership.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BSN is required.
• 3–5 years progressive nursing leadership experience in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, critical care or related services.
• Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular and interventional procedures.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic health record systems.

What You’ll Do

We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN licensure
• BSN required
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience in:
  • Cardiac Catheterization
  • Electrophysiology
  • Interventional Radiology
  • Critical Care
  • Or related procedural services
• Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular and interventional procedures
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic health record systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of leadership or management experience
• Specialty certification such as RCIS, CVRN, CCRN, or NE-BC
• Experience leading quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives

Pay Range

$165,000.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
