The RN Manager ensures safe, high‑quality, client‑centered care and collaborates with program leadership, medical providers, and HR to support evidence‑based outcomes.

Pay: $90,000-$118,000; benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.

JOB PURPOSE

The Nurse Manager leads, coaches, and develops nursing staff, promotes a culture of accountability and teamwork, and collaborates closely with program leadership, medical providers, pharmacy partners, Human Resources, and other interdisciplinary team members to support exceptional client outcomes.

The Nurse Manager is accountable for nursing practice, medication management, regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, staffing effectiveness, and clinical excellence.

Pay: $90,000-$118,000

Shift: Full-Time
