Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Medical/Surgical/TCU nursing team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safe patient care, and align activities with hospital goals while fostering professional growth.
The ideal candidate has a BSN, an active RN license, BLS certification, at least 3 years in medical/surgical nursing, and 2 years in leadership. Evening shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned department and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
