The role requires an active license in one of the 50 states and 1–2 years of recent experience in the unit’s focus area, with travel as needed and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

The Nurse Manager's primary role is to make decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing. You'll be expected to use your experience to confidently lead and direct a team of fellow nurses and staff, while ensuring that the unit is operating safely and effectively.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:
