Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and leadership to implement creative and innovative care delivery models.
• Facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to improve patient care services continuously.
• Assume fiscal management responsibilities for the clinic/department in partnership with the Administrator.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor¿s Degree in nursing or related field.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
• Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible experience demonstrating leadership skills in a clinical setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master¿s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
