Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license to practice in New York (new grads welcome).
• CPR certification required (BLS or ALS).
• Compliant with State and Federal laws for employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills, even for new grads.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders and treatment plans.
• Support and participate in paid training and orientation.
• Assist with patient assessments and care coordination.
