Job summary

ServiceNet in Hadley, MA is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide bedside care in residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You’ll monitor health, coordinate care, document actions, and support medication administration in a team-based setting.

With 2:1, 3:1, or 5:1 ratios depending on home, you’ll have time to use your clinical skills safely while promoting independence. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, competitive pay, PTO, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Valid MA Nursing License.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong communication & documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion health and well-being by monitoring individuals, coordinating care, and ensuring communication across medical providers.
• Document care thoroughly, including progress notes, daily logs, and nursing interventions.
• Ensure safe medication administration following MAP standards.
• Train and support program staff in essential care techniques and assistive equipment.
• Promote independence through ADL support and goal-oriented skill-building.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community programs.
• Contribute to team operations with additional responsibilities as needed.
