The ideal candidate holds a Georgia license (LPN/RN/BSN), has EMR experience, strong communication, BLS/CPR, and thrives in outpatient care with a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN, or BSN license in Georgia.
• ENT or specialty nursing experience a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Strong patient communication and bedside manner.
• Ability to multitask in a busy outpatient setting.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Detail-oriented, organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist ENT physicians with patient examinations, procedures and treatments.
• Perform clinical intake including vital signs and medical history review.
• Administer medications, injections and treatments as directed by the provider.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms; ensure sterilization and equipment readiness.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care, medications and follow-up instructions.
• Document patient information and notes in the EMR.
• Coordinate with front office and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
• Scribe for the physician.

Requirements

• Active LPN, RN, or BSN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred; ENT or specialty practice experience a plus
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong patient communication and bedside manner skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy outpatient clinical environment
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
