Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.

• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and outcomes.
