Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a motivated LPN to join our team at the new Mountaineer Inpatient program in Kearneysville, WV. This role involves medication administration, assessment, and providing support to clients with substance use disorders.

The ideal candidate will hold a current West Virginia LPN license and have a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. We offer competitive hourly rates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current West Virginia LPN license required.
• Experience with medication administration and detox protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions.
• Administer medications and educate clients about their medications.
• Knowledge of detox protocols including COWS and CIWA.

Location and Schedule

Address: 3094 Charles Town Rd, Kearneysville, WV 25430

Hourly Rate: $28 - $32/hour before differentials

Schedule: PRN as needed

Responsibilities

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration and medication education to clients
• Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols (Complete COWS and CIWA scales)
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Licensure, Education, & Experience

• Current LPN license in West Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid
