Job summary

Buckeye Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation team. You will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, following care plans and physician orders to support residents’ recovery and independence.

• Current, active LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
