As an LPN, you will:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
Your expertise will be essential in helping residents recover, heal, and thrive.
Current, active LPN license in good standing
Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A heart for serving seniors and those in recovery
