Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking an LPN to provide exceptional nursing care in a warm, home-like setting at The Ashford of Grove City, Grove City, Ohio. This full-time overnight role supports residents with compassionate care and teamwork.

You will administer medications, follow personalized care plans, and document care accurately, while collaborating closely with families and medical partners to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered state LPN license.
• 1+ year of LPN experience.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a safe, home-like setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate nurses who feel called to care for the elderly. Our nurses take pride in providing a wonderful home for our seniors and working together as a team to make that happen.

• A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN.
• Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation.
