Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to lead nursing services across multiple outpatient programs for children, adolescents and adults. The role reports to the COD with dotted-line support to the AOD and adult leadership, guiding clinical and operational priorities.

You will oversee several clinics (North Durham, North Pavillion, pediatric clinics, CEC, PHP) and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Three years of nursing experience required; Behavioral Health/Ambulatory preferred.
• Current NC RN licensure; BCLS certification.
• Nursing leadership certification within one year of hire; three months if not yet eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services across adult and pediatric outpatient Behavioral Health programs.
• Provide clinical and operational oversight; ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, performance management and professional development.
