Job summary

The incumbent will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, using continuous quality improvement methods and independent judgment. Safety-sensitive position with on-site duties at the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; RN licensure in Arkansas; BSN preferred but not required.
• Three years nursing experience in an acute care hospital in a leadership or change role.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and management of patient care services and staff.
• Oversee material and resource management for the assigned area.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using quality improvement processes.
• Be available for call-back as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
