Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Charge Nurse duties in absence of Charge Nurse.
• Oversee unit staff assignments and workflow; identify staffing needs.
• Assist with care coordination and population health as needed.
• Coach and mentor staff development of nursing and clinical team.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications per standards.
• Ensure timely, complete patient care documentation and records.
