Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient flow and supervisory activities of float staff during shift.
Act as a nursing resource and intervene in difficult situations or medical crises.
Ensure coordination of operations across hospital departments aligned with values and strategic plan.
Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure nursing needs are assessed and met.
