Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities while ensuring comfort.
• Demonstrate accountability and ethical practice, escalating issues when needed.
• Advocate for patient needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient changes (labs, vitals, tests) and notify physicians promptly.
• Perform SBAR handoffs and nurse-to-nurse bedside reports.

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

• Associate Of Nursing Diploma, or Foreign Equivalent and Knowledge of surgical procedures, criticalcare (surgical) background, pediatricexperience helpful., upon hire or

• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months and
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - months

Preferred

• Bachelors Other BSN and One (1) year labor and deliveryexperience., upon hire
