Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Injector role based in Uniontown, OH. The Nurse Injector will provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including administering injectables such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, reviewing medical histories, developing treatment plans, performing injections, and monitoring patient responses and outcomes. The role also involves educating patients about procedures, post-treatment care, and realistic expectations, while documenting all treatments accurately in medical records. The Nurse Injector will work closely with the surgical team and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and may assist with patient consultations, follow-up appointments, and practice-based quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice license in the state of Ohio, with appropriate credentialing for cosmetic injectables.
• Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic injections (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers) and familiarity with facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills, with the ability to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, manage expectations, and build long-term patient relationships.
• Commitment to infection control, safety protocols, accurate documentation, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary cosmetic surgery setting and maintain a professional, patient-centered approach.
• Comfort with learning practice management systems and basic computer skills for scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Previous experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is preferred; ongoing interest in professional development and industry best practices is encouraged.
